Happy Mardi Gras!!
We're not going out today.

I think Gabby would
maybe enjoy it but I just can't handle the standing and walking I would have to do - we'd have to park pretty far from the parade route anywhere we go in the city and I really don't want to walk more than I have to. I've actually dropped (uh oh!) and my doctor isn't on call over Mardi Gras... we don't need to tempt fate here. lol
Have a good Fat Tuesday everyone.

Re: Happy Mardi Gras, ya'll!
I was just thinking about you. My local news just showed a live shot of NO and showed the parade. I was wondering if you were there with Gabby.
I can understand not wanting to go. It would be a hassle, and baby needs to cook a bit longer! Hopefully you can still enjoy Fat Tuesday.
My Profile
I completely understand not going! Keep that little Genvieve in a little while longer!!! ::wink wink::
Looks like fun though. Visiting NOLA for Mardi Gras is on my bucket list.
.*. We come to love not by finding the perfect person, but by finding an imperfect person perfectly .*.
The daycare was closed yesterday so I had off and H took off too but we were not even thinking of going to a parade especially with the rain.
Karebear it was storming so bad Saturday that they had Endymion roll after Bacchus on Sunday. I can only imagine that party
