Who do you think has the best cupcakes in the Austin area?
I was curious as to who you think has the best cupcakes as I haven't found anything I like so far. However, I haven't tried every cupcake shop in the Austin area. I prefer not to go that route to keep my weight within reason. 
I know taste can be subjective, so here's what I am looking for in a cupcake:
1. Not overly sweet
2. Not overly sugary frosting
3. Moist
Please let me know your recs.

Maybe I was at Sugar Mama's on the wrong day, but the cupcake I had was dry.
I'd totally be willing to do another taste test, though.
