I'm late to the party because I just watched it last night.
I really liked the Landslide performance, but I don't know where the hell the Satana and Brittany storyline is going. I like seeing Santana developed as a character, but it's hard for me to take Brittany seriously because she's just the queen of ditzy one-liners. I'm glad that she's not just ditching Artie, but she HAS been cheating on him and I'm not sure it's really that fair to him to say, "I'll stay with Artie because I'm already with him, but I love you and as soon as me and Artie break up I'll be your girlfriend." WTF? She needs to talk to him.
Other than Landslide, I didn't like any of the songs. Touch Me was uncomfortable and kind of gross, and I hate when the show completely breaks from reality - Gwyneth's character is amusing but there's no effing way a sub would get away with this crap as long as she did, and students would likely have just been weirded out by that performance. Also, I think it's pretty shitty to start something with Will after getting Emma to admit that she's still in love with him; if that hadn't happened, I'd be interested to see where it goes, but since it did I think she's kind of a biitchy skank.
I was amused by Afternoon Delight but didn't think it sounded good, and I though Kurt was hilarious but again, didn't think Animal sounded good. Also thought the girls' reactions to that were ridiculous - they were like 12 year-olds at a Beiber concert. I'm glad Kurt and his dad had a heart-to-heart, I love their relationship and how real they portray it - Burt is trying his best, he's awkward and uncomfortable but he loves his son.
