Where to look for a full-sized bed for a toddler?
Right now my son is in a twin but with baby #2 on the way we want to get him a full sized in his new room. We looked at Cardi's and didn't see a whole lot that we liked. I'd like something with a head and footboard so we can put it against the wall and then have a rail on the only open side...Any other furniture stores you recommend besides Cardi's?
Re: Where to look for a full-sized bed for a toddler?
I got my sons set at Modern Furniture in Middletown.
They are currently going out of business and having a great sale. not sure what they have.
Just about every crib we looked at for our nursery converted to a full-size bed with a separate kit (usually $100-$200 extra for the side rails and slats). You could look into buying it that way. Rooms to Grow off of Jefferson Blvd in Warwick had a decent selection, although some were ridiculously expensive.
