so as you all know, I'm in design school, which requires a lot of time spent over a drafting table/computer. I've been going to the chiropractor a lot lately because of my poor posture when working 18-20 hours a day hunched over. On Monday I came home from an appointment and DH told me that he found a solution to my back aches and that it was in the office - a brand spanking new 27" iMac! No more hunching over to see my AutoCAD drawing on a 15" laptop screen. Woooohooooo!

You were working on a 15" screen?! CAD systems don't work well on small screens. (I should know, I work with AutoCAD, ProE and SolidWorks all day). Your H is awesome to get you the 27" screen, it will save you on your eyes as well as your back.
Yep! Between the ribbon at the top and all of the crap at the bottom I had about 5 inches of screen space to work in lol. Not only are my eyes and back feeling better, but I'm so much more productive!
