Fenugreek.
I don't know if it's been suggested to you yet for your supply, but if you ever think you might be having issues, Fenugreek.
My lactation consultant told me to take 3 capsules 3 times a day as of last Friday, so I started taking them Saturday... today is Wednesday and I am definitely feeling the increase.
I know you mentioned yesterday you were concerned about having enough milk to meet Alex's needs -- I'm so there -- so I thought I would pass this little tidbit of advice along because it worked for me. 
How has he been doing today?
