Suggestions needed
Hi ladies! My husband and I had a hotel/restaurant booked for our first anniversary and received a call yesterday that they will be remodeling the restaurant when we have the reservation. It was a package that included room, dinner, champagne, breakfast....all that. They said we can go to their sister restaurant, but the place we had booked is special to us for various reasons. Now I am looking for other places to go. Does anyone have any ideas in the upstate NY or Vermont area. I guess even Massachusetts would be ok. We are also contemplating heading down to the city. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks so much ladies!

for our first anniversary last year we stayed at the Century House in Latham (where we got married)
They had the same thing going on then, champagne in the room, dinner for 2, and the room, all included (breakfast is always included in your stay).
