The people at McDonalds are driving me nuts (actually all people are bugging me) but everyday I go and get a half shamrock/half chocolate shake...the past 2 days they keep telling me no they cant do half and half...the machine stops the shake based on weight..blah blah blah....
so I have had to buy a shamrock shake and a chocolate shake and mix them...its not that big of a deal but c'mon people...help a pregnant lady out...
and the new jeans I bought from the weight I lost...yeah- they aren't fitting because I am nice and bloated- yoga pants for me...
I went on my way back from the city and stopped to get a half shamrock and half chocolate shake and they told me the same thing. I argued with the lady saying I was able to get them like that last year but she told me the same thing you were told. So I just got the shamrock and I certainly like the mix better. I won't buy them alone so they've lost a customer if they don't change their shake machine!
I went tanning for the first time in a while and my back is burned because I couldn't put lotion on it before I went tanning. Everywhere I managed to put lotion on is fine but since I couldn't reach my back myself I couldn't put lotion on it and therefore it's nice and red.
We had damage to our kitchen from the storms this year. What we thought was fairly minimal isn't that at. all. We have half the sheetrock in the kitchen pulled out. May as well start from scratch at this point. We would pull some off, and could see wet, moldy crap under it.
Yeah. I'm peeved. So now, we have to have the insurance company back out to re-evaulate our situation.
I have a whine to add about something that happened this afternoon.
I went and dropped off my glasses last week to have new lenses put in since my prescription changed. I got a call yesterday that they were ready. So I go in today and the doctor says that I was eligible for a free pair of glasses, which I knew since I can get a pair every year. What I had asked them to do was just put new lenses in 1 pair of my old frames as my "free" pair and then charge me for the lenses to be put in the other pair. Well apparently the doctor didn't get that message and just put lenses in 1 pair of my frames and then picked out the SAME pair of frames and put the new prescription in those as well as my free pair. So now I have 2 pair of the SAME frames with my new prescription and my older pair (which I actually wear the most) wasn't touched. Who wants two pair of the same glasses? Seriously!
