Princess Bride or A League of Their Own.

The Princess Bride has sword fighting and intrigue and sarcasm! I know a lot of guys who really love that movie/book. Can't say the same for A League of Their Own. So, to me, A League is more of a chick flick than The Princess Bride.

This exactly. Both my husband and my father love the Princess Bride. Neither give a crap about the other film.
My thoughts exactly. DH and I LOVE The Princess Bride
League of their Own (name says it all! lol). Dh likes Princess Bride but not League of their Own...and he's a baseball fan. So...
Besides, Princess Brides has swordfights, giant rats and firey swamps...OH, and a giant!
