I can't find a post for yesterday, so I'm starting this one. Hope that's okay.

I was out of town again for my meeting on Tuesday but I'm going today. I'll report back after I weigh in.

  • Down 1.3 pounds this week.  1.2 this week and I'll be down 10!  I'm so excited something is finally working.  Working hard this week.  I've already put in 2:15 worth of cardio this week, just another 2:45 by Monday.  AND...my students and co-teachers have started saying I look smaller :)

  • Can I join too?  While I'm not in WW I am trying to lose weight.

    I'm down 3 pounds this week but was up 4 last week, so it's not a huge victory :)

  • I fell off the wagon for almost three weeks. Didnt count a stinking point. But I went last night, weighed in and new a gain was coming.

    I am back on track today, and trying to figure out why I keep straying.

     

    Does anyone's DH do WW with them? If so how did that come about. I think it would be great encouragement for me if he was participating. So Im looking for ideas.

    Mine doesn't, as evidenced by the cellophane snack cake wrappers littering my counter at the moment. Last year, we did Lose It! together and to be completely honest it didn't help me much. I'm 5'3", he's 6'1". He gets to eat a lot more than I do and I would get frustrated when I was just under my calorie limit and not seeing any progress and he was dropping five pounds in three days. It was very discouraging.

    WW check in: I lost 1.6 pounds this week and got my 5% star.

    I have to confess the same.  I hate that my husband can eat more and lose more quickly.  I've been known to buy him treats and cook him yummy food without having any myself.

    I totally appreciate your thoughts, thank you. Im kind of in the boat of that atleast we will both be working towards the same thing, instead of him eating what ever the heck he wants and me struggling daily. 

    But we talked about it earlier and he is not on board with having to count points or calories. He did say that he would do everything else though.. not sure what else there is. But Ill take it Tongue Tied

    I have to brag.. I did really good today. And thats what its all about it day to day right? Made great choices, tracked, and worked out. In fact did a step class, first one in about a year. Might not be able to walk tomorrow, but I feel good now. Ha!

    The scale is barely moving.  I need to step it up.  

  • I went to a meeting tonight and had a small gain. Pleh. Next week, I will be better!
