Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

We use it! I like that I can swap out things that we don't like and add other things. They have been great anytime I've called, though it hasn't been often. I called one time to change my bin because I forgot to do it online before the cut off time and it wasn't a problem. My boss does this regularly!
During the off season (like right now) I've just canceled the bin entirely a couple weeks and that's not a problem either. I also like the amount of choices to add to the bin.
