TWO OFFERS!!!
I got two offers in writing today! One for asking price and one for $9,000 below. Since its a short sale its not up to me to accept or refuse an offer, but hopefully the bank will take asking (I'll scream if they dont!)
The only thing is both of these offers are sight unseen, so they've only seen pics and that really freaks me out.
So offer sticky dust is needed now, and hurry your azz up bank dust too

Since I'm not that familiar with short sales, I was wondering who set the asking price to begin with you and your agent or the bank?

My agent. The bank pretty much wont give me the time of day because I've been UTD on my payments. They have bigger fish to fry then me who hasn't ever given them any problems. My agent is taking care of the rest of the paperwork and talking to the bank.
