Random things I've been pondering today.
- Rachel Zoe is fvcking scary.
- I really miss Matchbox 20.
- I wish my email would work properly so that I could do my work.
- I have two clementines. One has a sticker that says "Hi, Cutie!" and the other has a sticker that says "Party In My Tummy!" These made me smile.
- My kid has entered the food throwing stage. Oh, the madness.
- I can't wait for Stees to visit because we are going to eat at Joe's Crab Shack and I REALLY want some crabs.

Re: Random things I've been pondering today.
- What do babies dream about? I think Alex dreams about nursing because his eyes are flickering and then he'll start puckering his lips.
- I ditto Rachel Zoe being scary and missing Matchbox 20.
- I miss Third Eye Blind. I saw them live a couple years ago and they were great.
- Ani DiFranco is playing a concert at the local theater in my town (we NEVER get big name people through here) and I want to go really badly but I don't think I'll be able to convince anyone to go with me. I really may just go alone, drink and hang out and have my husband pick me up afterwards
It's also on a Tuesday, the first week I'm back from maternity leave, would it be terribly irresponsible to take that Wednesday off? lol
- I really wonder what would have happened if I had refused the c-seciton and went home. Maybe labor would have stopped and Alex would have flipped and been delivered vaginally closer to his due date. <---I've been trying not to entertain these ideas as I am confident we did make the right decision and I know it would have been stupid given that I was in the early stages of labor already when I got to the doctor's office, I just keep second guessing none-the-less.

Oneonta, New York. Where in NY are you? And how did I never notice that you're also from Upstate?! Are we facebook friends (I know, I suck for not knowing)?
I really really want a big glass of wine and a beer but I feel like it's still not right yet especially since Alex was born early. I feel like he needs extra protection and that I really need to watch what I eat/drink still even though I could technically have one beer or one glass of wine, I just can't bring myself to do it yet.
Ames- you left out the fact that we are also having delicious Pina Coladas with our Crab Pots at Joes.
- There was an ad on CL for a blind gentleman wanting to trade his mountain bike for a kayak to participate in a kayak race because his kayak was stolen. i have so many questions about this. how does a blind person mountain bike? does he have a seeing eye dog? does it pull him? what about kayaking? does he have a driver to transport him to the kayak location? how did he type his ad on CL? is it just a scam?
- why am i so hungry?

Agree on Rachel - scary scary woman. and to think she is going to be a mom!
Why do I feel so responsible for making sure things flow well when I am on maternity leave... no one else cares as much as I do, and I dont get paid enough to care.
why do I have to deal with gestational diabetes. It sucks, I start insulin next week and I am scared of it. I already hate dealing with the finger pricks, the rest isnt going to help.
I need some baby room inspiration... I need to get cracking on it.
I was actually born at Strong Memorial Hospital. We lived there until I was 5 and then we moved to a tiny town about 30 minutes from Oneonta. I still have family in Rochester but I haven't been there since college when I would drive my friends and I to random shows/concerts there.
I'm not searchable on FB but I'm friends with a few of the Niners so I'm sure we can find each other that way.

What exactly makes Jimmy Johns SO good? It's not anything fancy or out of the ordinary, but it's so freaking good!
- I don't have any idea who Rachel Zoe is, but it sounds like that's a good thing.
- I wonder if my computer will be fixed/back today, because DH's ancient laptop kinda sucks.
- Why is my sleep all messed up? I was wide awake at 3:30 this morning for no reason whatsoever.
- I'm halfway done with PALS (pediatric advanced life support) but sick kids still scare the crud out of me.
- I hope work doesn't charge me $5 for parking in the wrong garage today.
- I wish I had bought the issue of In Touch Weekly I saw at the grocery store (cover story on teen mom), but I didn't want DH to make fun of me.

Seriously the same thing with me. I used to have to get mild wings and now I like hot wings. I even tried ghost sauce one day but that was wayyy too hot.
