I need a good cake!
I'm heading downtown tomorrow night for drinks and dinner with my girlfriends (it's been a loooong time)- it's one of my friend's bdays, and I'd like to order a cake for her (a little last minute). I'm in Eden Prairie so I'm willing to stop anywhere between here and Mpls (Edina, Bloomington, Richfield, etc.)

My sister used to work at Turtle Bread and they make very rich cakes, cheesecakes and pies (all of which I happen to love). They typically have 3-4 of each cake on hand if you want to just take it and go - if the baker is there they can pipe on a "happy birthday" for you, or you can just buy a candle from Target.
