Realtor RAVE
I cannot say enough about our realtor, Kevin Howe through Iowa Reality. He is my HS friends dad but I know that even without knowing me, he would have been great.
First we talked about our house and he said he would price it at 145k. I told him that we thought about trying FSBO so we don't lose money (after paying him realtor fees, etc) and he didn't try to sway me on the decision. He completely understood and then gave me a million tips on selling the house on my own. He even offered to look over any listing I put up! We are going to list our house at 139k to try to sell it before summer's over.
We also talked about buying (through him) and he was so great. We're going to go look at a few house in a couple weeks to get an idea of where/what we want exactly.
I couldn't be happier with our appointment. It was SO well.
