quick recipe question
Hi ladies
Thank you for all the fb messages for C's birthday. We had a great day, even though I wept at the birthday song in music class. 
Her party is tomorrow and I am planning to make cupcakes out of my carrot cake recipe on Pam's site. We are planning on about 25 people- how many cupcakes do you think I get out of one regular cake recipe? Should I double the recipe? Triple it? I am not afraid of having extra left over but I don't want to do more work than I have to.
