Re: The Friday Five.... again!
1. What word irks you everytime you hear someone say it? Supposably...it's not a word!!!
2. What is your favorite word? Skunt and blurble.
3. What does it mean? Skunt is the combination of 2 words...I'm sure you're all smart enough to figure them out. Blurble is a word my friend created when we were kids when he attempted to give up swearing. We use it pretty frequently.
4. What word do you say far too often? Most 4 letter words you don't want to say around young children.
5. Name three words you think other people overuse: like, WINNING (HAH!), and 4 letter words that shouldn't be used around young children
1. What word irks you everytime you hear someone say it? titty. Can you say that on TN?
2. What is your favorite word? onomatopeia or phenomena
3. What does it mean? onomatopeia- a word that sounds like a sound, ex buzz, hiss, or sizzle: phenomena- a unexplained event, usually natural
4. What word do you say far too often? like, totally, seriously
5. Name three words you think other people overuse: see 4. I'm just as guilty.
2. What is your favorite word? Deoxyribonucleic
3. What does it mean? the D and N of DNA. I just like how it rolls off the tongue.

1. What word irks you everytime you hear someone say it?
Generally speaking I think all words have a place, so none really bother me. If a word is ugly, I appreciate what it's doing for the sentiment.
2. What is your favorite word?
I don't have just one, but two words that always make me smile are 'capricious' and 'serendipity.'
3. What does it mean?
'Capricious' is negative way of calling something/someone whimsical. I think it describes me well. 'Serendipity' is a fun way to think of fate; I'm pretty sure you all know what it means.
4. What word do you say far too often?
'Like' and 'um.'
5. Name three words you think other people overuse: *shrug*
