Re: Weekend plans?
Today: more house hunting, rehearsal, writing a literature review for a research paper
Tomorrow: guard show in Richmond, DH is staying home to see the houses I am seeing today, halp a friend move and go to a special RCIA thing at night (which is why he won't be in Richmond with me).
Sunday: more paper for me, going to Arlington for mass with the Bishop (also an RCIA thing) and then more paper. Hopefully somewhere this weekend I will be able to catch a nap!
No big plans here. I have brunch tomorrow with some old friends (a monthly thing) then an early St. Patrick's day party at a friend's on Saturday. It should all be pretty chill. I'd love to get some schoolwork done that I've put off for waaaaay too long, but that never works out how I'd like it. :-)
Enjoy your Irish feast, Kim!
my read shelf:
Is this your Rite of Initiation? If so, it's a pretty cool experience.
Tonight: Nothing really. DH is at a coaches clinic til late so I'm going to the gym after work then coming home to job hunt, work on my resume/cover letter and sleep.
Tomorrow: Probaby coming in to work for a few hours in the morning. I want to do a little shopping and then we're meeting up with another couple for dinner and drinks.
Sunday: Church and then DH's football banquet. If we remember, we want to file our taxes also.
Today: Working from Noon-10pm then maybe going out for my friend's mom's birthday for a little while.
Saturday- waiting on my husband to get home sometime. If he leaves after work Friday night he'll be home at like 5 am, if not he'll be home at around 4pm. My step-kids are being dropped off after religion at Noon and we're having dinner at my parents house then a family movie or game night.
Sunday- Church in the morning then either my cousin's birthday party or out to my in-laws for dinner. I need to practice for my read aloud lesson on Monday morning, and the kids are going back to their moms

Tonight: studying/preparing my lecture
Tomorrow: studying/preparing my lecture and going to see Flogging Molly tomorrow night
Sunday: church and guess what? studying, preparing my lecture, and going to see a traditional Irish band
Oh- and a couple different friends are coming by to pick up our moving boxes! Our garage is still filled with boxes and lots of them!
Kim- hang in there!
Today: I have an interview!! Second one in a week and a half. (Different job - I'm pretty sure the interview I had last week isn't turning into a job, because it's been just over a week and I still haven't heard anything!) However, it's quite a drive, so I'm spending a lot of today in the car.
Tomorrow: Watching my brother's dog. Probably grabbing lunch and shopping with a girlfriend.
Sunday: Nothing. Absolutely nothing. And I couldn't be more excited about it!
DH and I are going to a winter carnival on Saturday. We are on a baseball team that plays in the snow, and I think we are using a broomball instead of a baseball?
I am a little worried that I will end up black and blue all over, I'm not quite sure what my DH has gotten me into this time.
On the plus side I wont have to do my run, cause I'm quite sure I'll be getting more than my share of exercise that day.
Sunday I will be recouping.
Today: clean and laundry with DH... hang out with DH and puppy... get some sleep after working last night... go to cycling/do yoga.
Tomorrow: first game of the season in our touch football league. Then my cousins are coming in to town (they're actually taking a red eye home from their Vegas trip) to stay with us for the bullroast honoring my cousin's memorial foundation.
Sunday: mass, then maybe hopefully starting house hunting and doing some of our first home tours with our realtor!
I am doing the Rite of Initiation this Sunday too!
Today: Hopefully I will get some housework done that I've been slacking with due to yet another friend's child being admitted in the hospital this week.
Saturday: We have a birthday party to go to for our niece, followed by one for my SIL. During my free time I hope to do more housework and make some progress on my current crafts that I am working on.
Sunday: As mentioned above, in the evening Dh (my sponsor) and I are going to the nearby cathedral for the RCIA Rite of Initiation. I look forward to it! Other than our regular church in the morning, my schedule is free besides that so I will again try to make use of my time and do some catching up on things that were put to the side due to all the hospital visits and support we've been giving these last few weeks.
