Eva, I saw your post about space bags for laundry on the Travel board, and I'm just wondering where one gets such things? It sounds like a great idea!

I've bought them at Target and Wal-mart before. Amazon.com also sells them. You have to make sure you get the Travel ones that you can compress yourself without a vacuum. They are totally awesome.
I am a very serious packer and roll my clothes to save space and then usually roll and space bag my shirts and dh t's to save more space. It also keeps our clothes from touching our shoes. Also if something in your toiletry bag breaks your clothes are protected which has happened to me before.
I usually bring one extra one that my dirty clothes end up in. I am a total space bag addict.
I thought about getting a few for dirty clothes on the way back, to make room for gifts.
I wish I would have known about them 5+ years ago when I backpacked Europe, space was SOO limited.
