Re: Happy Friday
Tonight, we will be staying in and praying that I can get my allergies under control.
Tomorrow: we are going to the Houston Rodeo (Gary Allen is performing that night).
Sunday: We will do the usual...clean, errands, and yard work.
Nothing!
I'm so happy to be doing nothing more than being at home with my wonderful husband while he continues to recover from surgery and everything that went wrong these past 2 weeks. I might even bake him some cookies, just because.
I like the baking cookies part...think I may do the same! Other than that, no major plans other than hanging out with my Mom on Saturday - which usually leads to some shopping :-)
hmmm cookies - that sounds GREAT. i may have to treat myself this weekend too!
today is my dad's bday, so i'm going to my parents' to eat dinner and have cake. the rest of the weekend will be catching up on housework and errands (since last weekend I was too deathly ill to do anything) and definitely some clothes shopping for "springier" work clothes.

Tonight I'm getting together with some old coworker friends. Should be fun!!
Tomorrow my dad is coming up to transfer the title to my old car back to him since he's keeping it (my mom's old car, he loves it too much) then huge shopping trip for kids birthdays and other things I procrastinated on getting.
Sunday DH is taking stepson ATV riding so I'll have the majority of the day to myself! I should probably shop Sunday instead so I spend time with DH but I love the prospect of having the house to myself since I never do! Any suggestions??
April 2010 Siggy Challenge: Next Vacation Destination
Tying up some loose ends tonight with my mom and going out for fish dinner then possibly stopping by the funeral home to bring dad home (ashes, of course).
GLT tomorrow (gym, laundry, tanning) then going to church. Possibly having dinner at church for Irish heritage night.
Mike may be running the Corktown race on Sunday downtown (which is follwed by the St. Patty's Day parade) if it doesn't rain or snow. We were going to stay for the parade but one of his friends/customers passed away so I think we're going to the viewing in the afternoon. Dinner over my mom's afterwards.
Lisa, I think you should take full advantage of having the house to your self Sunday.
Tonight I am going to run a few errands then grab some dinner somewhere.
Saturday groccery shopping in the morning while DH is working. Then a bridal shower in the afternoon.
Sunday possibly church and a trip to Sams Club.
A relatively quiet weekend and I am so happy.
Oh...I love Gary Allen. Have fun!
Tomorrow we are going to Memphis to see Kid Rock (not my choice
but the DH loves him). The upside is that I get to eat some wonderful BBQ.
Keeping busy! DH will be at work all night tonight and most of tomorrow. It's hard to be alone in the house since we had to put our kitty down. I keep seeing her everywhere
So the keeping busy will be running some errands, visiting my friend who is due next month, sewing, cleaning, long walks, and working out.
Sunday my parents are going to stop for a visit since they are passing through town.

Tomorrow I am going shopping with my Mom to get an outfit for my great grandmothers 100th birthday next week.
I also want to chop off my hair at some point....like a short bob (it is currently the middle of my back).
Other than that, relaxing and spending time with my hubby!
