Re: FRIDAY!
Woo hoo! I'm doing a Friday dance in my chair right now.
Tonight - trying again for the art museum (it was closed last time we went)!
Tomorrow - sleeping past 6am! Haha. Probably errands, a run, and cleaning.
Sunday - not sure, but I need to run on Sunday as well.
Tonight: AUNTIE is arriving!!! We are very excited to see her and Catie!
Tomorrow and Sunday: Just hanging around with my family. I can't wait to show off my kiddo.
I second the Friday chair dance!
Today/Tonight: Struggling though a rainy day @ work with a crabby boss then bailing around 4 to head up to Maine! Staying with my Da and having a little quality father/daugher time, and hoping to catch the second half of the Syracuse v. UConn game (go Orange!).
Saturday: Picking up my repaired engagement ring, yay! Heading down to BBH to relax for the rest of the weekend, grab lunch with my mom and maybe meet up with some friends later. Most likely home w/ Mummy in the evening to watch movies and chill.
Sunday: Catching brunch with a friend and then meeting up with one of my best friends who recently moved back to Maine to catch up. Heading back down to NPT sometime in the afternoon.
Weekends go by way too quickly!
The aim of life is to live, and to live means to be aware; joyously, drunkenly, serenely, divinely aware. -Henry Miller

Today: That whole work thing... things are still busy, but we're finally heading into the tail end of the crazy busy spurt we hit. I'm really hoping to watch one of the two Netflix we've had for over a week tonight- either The Red Violin or Dinner for Schmucks
Tomorrow: Random stuff in the morning and then driving down to MA to visit my parents with James. We may visit my grandparents while we're down- we'll see. I'm hoping that Grammy will hang with James so I can do some work on our taxes.
Sunday: The plan is for James and I to go visit a best friend at her new house on the south shore (MA) but we heard this morning her 11 month son has a double ear infection, so we'll see. It was supposed to be the 4 friends from high school, our kids (we each have at least 1), and I think most of the hubbies. I hope the little one is feeling better because I was really looking foward to a visit. No matter what we'll head back to Maine in the afternoon and have a mellow night at home.
Wooo Friday! It's been a looooong week.
Tonight-Cuddling Woodruff before he leaves tomorrow
and just hanging out at home.
Tomorrow-Heading to Portland for 10a.m to bring Woodruff to meet his new familly! Then headed back to clean the house. Tomorrow night we are meeting a bunch of my DH's coworkers and going to The Last Unicorn(yum!!) and then to a play at the Wtvl Opera House that another co-worker of theirs is in.
Sunday-Birthday party for my aunt which is always a good time and good food!
***Note on The Last Unicorn, the movie. Did anyone else watching this movie growing up? I LOVED it when I was 5-6 even though it also scared the crap out of me...it's a bit dark!
Tonight: first date night in at least 3 months! We really need this. MIL and SIL are watching the little guy for us. We'll probably go to the Sea Dog for dinner and I'm hoping to either go bowling after or if we don't have enough time, we'll stay at the Sea Dog for some pool.
Tomorrow: woman from the Parents as Teachers program coming for a visit. Then just hanging out the rest of the day.
Sunday: church, then to Fajita Grill in Westbrook for a friend's birthday. Can't wait for margaritas! Then, ice cream cake and a Wii bowling tournament after.
LOVED the last unicorn!
Today: babygym in Falmouth and then hanging out at home
Tomorrow: stufffff, some work for class while MJ and Mike have a date, hoping the rain stops long enough to take Rangeley and MJ out for a walk
Sunday: not sure yet - maybe checking out Peekaboo, I haven't been yet and keep hearing great things!
Looking forward to a relaxing quiet weekend before traveling again next weekend!
TGIF here too! What a week!
DH is working this weekend so no big plans...
Tonight- Maybe grocery shopping after school, then homemade pizza for dinner. Add in some wine and DVR and I'm a happy lady.
Tomorrow- Mall and lunch with a friend and Eli.
Sunday- Going for a run and/or snowshoe if it's nice out.
Otherwise just some baking, cleaning and cooking for the week. Looking forward to a low key weekend!
I am sooo entirely happy its Friday!!! This week has dragged for me.
I have ZERO plans. I just want to be home with my little munchkin all weekend long. He has been having a tough time lately with separation anxiety from Mom and I want to have him wake up and see that Mom is home so he can relax
TGIF!!!
Oh what a week, and today is horrible and I don't see it getting better. I swear I'm stuck with dealing with stupid people all day. Luckily, Peanut is being awesome for me today.
Tonight- crashing
Tomorrow - heading out for a couple of hours sans DD to get some things accomplished for her Bday!
Sunday - stuff around the house.
Today: left work at 9:30 to get the munchkins because MIL is sick... we played for a bit and now they are napping (hopefully for a long time because they were exhausted!) tonight DH has a meeting so it will be more hanging with Thing 1 and Thing 2 until their bedtime then maybe a movie?
Tomorrow: nothing really planned... all 3 boys need hair cuts so maybe we can do that tomorrow? if not definitely Sunday... Jack has some major Alfalfa hair going on!
Sunday: more of what we do on Saturday... don't forget its daylight savings on Sunday!! Springing forward!
Tonight: Not much planned. Probably another round of Hi Ho Cherry-O! which we bought last weekend and which Ridley wants to play nonstop. Maybe some DVRed TV after she goes to bed.
Saturday: We had planned to follow Megan's lead and go to Wolfe's Neck Farm to visit the animals and then to Buck's Naked BBQ to eat the animals. Given that the weather looks icky, we may just eat the animals.
Sunday: Birthday party in the early afternoon. Maybe dinner at my sister's.
Today: SIL is in town, and we're taking it easy on a yicky day, tag-teaming the kids. I'm hoping to do a lot of cooking starting in just a few minutes, then dinner tonight (chili-glazed pork tenderloin with sweet potato hash) and wine and maybe a round of "Settlers of Catan".
Tomorrow: bringing the car to the mechanic to see if he agrees with Firestone that we need new brakes. (bleah) Other than that, nothing planned...we'll see what SIL is up for. If it's nice/dry, maybe get to a playground for the first time in months.
Sunday: taking SIL to South Station in the morning, so maybe the children's museum? or maybe MH will take Owen to the children's museum and Ellie and I will stay home and snuggle? Who knows
The animals are all in a well enclosed barn - you can still visit in the rain if you want. We went on a yucky day too, and it was fine.
AWESOME! Thanks Megan!
Today- worked from home, went out to lunch with DH, and just relaxed.
Saturday- I have to go to the funeral for those little girls who passed away in the fire. Then back home possible outside for a snowshoe adventure.
Sunday- baby shower for one of my high school friends.
