Well, I'm not exactly free yet.
I asked my assistant to clear my schedule today after a practice requested I drive to their office and sit with them during their 2 hour training session webinar with my training team. A complete waste of my time, but it may be a learning experience.
Soooooo......the assistant never changed my schedule. I'm double booked for 4 hours today. Yippee....not.
This weekend can't come fast enough.
I have a High School Play to attend for my bff tonight. That should be fun....not.
This weekend we're either painting the nursery or starting our registry. I also want to visit my grandparents.

I am WFH...My boss basically said the other day "I realize what I am about to say gives you tremendous leverage and bargaining...but if you ever need a day to take off or just need to WFH during your pregnancy...go ahead." He has been putting off discussing my LOA...he's in denial a little bit
So I am WFH today. I have a quiet day with 1 meeting and the house cleaners are coming; I like being here when they start. Then I'll go to the gym, run an errand, and write some scenarios for work I need to do.
Tonight I think H and I will stay in...it's kind of going to be craptastically rainy today, so not sure we'll want to do anything.
Tomorrow I have spa day!! Prenatal massage, deluxe pedicure, getting my makeup done...then going out to celebrate early anniversary dinner @ the Copley Plaza (where we got married) w/ H. Yay!
Sunday I am having some ladies over from a local board I am on, plus a couple of my other friends. Just to gab and eat, nothing big!

I just finished working, had a bunch of crap to do that I started @ like 6:30am. Yes its my day off. Now off to the gym (one of the most fun classes with the loud crazy SAHMs), back to walk to doggies, dentist appt, then shopping w.my friend to pick out gifts for our other friend the bday girl...then to dinner to celebrate the bday. Mexican yum!
Sat gym, cleaning up and prepping the garden, figuring out how to lay out the fence/ gates/ etc. for the mini animals, then we're having my friend from work and his wife for dinner. He is an amazing cook so i'm somewhat intimidated but I'll figure something out.
Sunday normal cleaning/ groceries/ etc. And hopefully bathe these STINKY dogs!!

I have criminal court in one county this morning, then bankruptcy court in another, then an appointment in another attorney's office. Then, of course, a ton of stuff to do back at my office. And I have to get to the post office. I was pissed this morning. I have a gift to ship to Canada. The tiny post office in my town closes early, at 4. But there's a sign on the door that they open at 6:30 a.m. so I get there nice and early to get there before court... only to find it's only the lobby that opens that early - might as well be a mailbox - the window doesn't open til 8:30. No good. These short USPS hours are so annoying.
Anyway, tonight I'm going to.see The Little Dog Laughed at the theater. When I ushered for the show, a bunch of little old ladies walked out and gave me an earful, terribly offended. So I figure it's gotta be good. Nothing else is really scheduled this weekend. Just lots of stuff E and I want to get done.

today, work as usual. probably subway for dinner (ryan wanted it last night, but it was pouring rain so he didn't want to leave the house). relaxing
tomorrow, try to get a few things done around the house while taking lots of breaks, lol. going out for dinner w/ our group of friends sat night. i wanted to gather the group before this kiddo comes!
sunday, grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry and more relaxing.
again, hopefully NOT having a baby this weekend, lol.
Right now I'm cuddling a cute little sleepy baby..but she's waking up so it won't last much longer. Sad, we don't get to do this much anymore! Fridays are my SAHM days so we're just having fun.
Our plans hinge on when Cyn's funeral is and whether or not Tys takes Clint up on his offer to watch his pigs. If neither of those happens this weekend, we're going to my parents' tomorrow for my sister's step-sons birthday party. We'll come back Sunday and have supper with BIL, who is a busy pharmacy student and hasn't seen May since Christmas.
The high school play tonight is Hairspray.
I went my ENTIRE high school career with never seeing a student play....now this.
Ugh....Why did my bff think this would be something I enjoy?
Today, I need to pack for the weekend because it's our anniversary get-away!
Tomorrow, we're taking my parents out to lunch, then hanging out in the afternoon. We'll leave Nate with my parents and check in to our B&B around 5. And the weekend is ours after that!
We pick Nate up Monday morning, drive home, and then have a yummy anniversary dinner once Nate's in bed.
Today: Work until 5-ish. I've been feeling pretty crappy the past few days, so I'll most likely fall into bed shortly after Amelia goes to sleep.
Tomorrow: Clean, clean, clean. We've got to get our house ready for Amelia's b-day party on Sunday.
Sunday: Morning will be more party prep, then the festivities begin around 4:00.
Amelia is going to be a big sister!

Tonight: getting last minute things for the party and I have to wrap all his gifts and stuff.
Tomorrow: Derelles birthday party!! I'm very excited!!
Sunday: relaxing and grocery shopping
Total change of plans...my folks have the flu and advised us not to come. So, we're going to work on the countertops tomorrow and go out to dinner for my birthday. Sunday will be church and the visitation.
Oh, and Marcy- tonight MIL and I are going to the middle school musical...Guys and Dolls, Jr. LOL!
Hooray for the weekend!
Tonight DH and I went out for Mexican and then went to look at closet doors at Lowe's. We're replacing the yucky ones in the nursery. Unfortunately they only have 79 inches and we need 75. So we came home and DH is going to see if he can move the trim. Uhm, yea. I said "let's just shave off an couple inches on either end of the doors and call it good!"
Tomorrow I have to go to the home show that my RE office hosts every year. I was hoping to get out of it since I'm part time now, but oh no. All hands on deck. 8-4 of being on my feet and smiling at people. Oh joy.
Sunday we'll clean, do laundry, and hopefully figure out the closet door situation.
