As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

can't believe i forgot to tell you
ryan quit smoking! well, is in the process. it's his 6th day smoke free and he's doing great! 
he started by cutting down one cigarette per week (so he used to smoke say 20/day, for a week he smoked 19/day, the next week he smoked 18/day, and so on. well he kinda got stuck at 7-8/day. then he decided he'd had enough and stopped all together. his mood has been great this week, he's commenting on how things taste, smell, etc. i'm so proud of him! any prayers for his continued success would be appreciated.
