Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

A little AW
I was talking to one of the crew members that occassionally works at my theatres, and I was telling her about my training for the half marathon. She said to me that I look great, and she was noticing that my walk looked really strong lately and she was wondering what I was doing.
I just about hugged her. She's so sweet and that was exactly the boost I needed today.
(and I ran 4 miles this afternoon. weekly total so far is 11 miles, with 5.5 planned for the weekend. i'm tired, but i feel pretty darn good!)

And when you're having a hard day, you should really look back at your daily mile history. Because I've noticed you've come A LONG way. Your runs are less sucktastic and more awesome sauce
