  • OMG, I am speechless.  Uh, you can bet that if her family was at all impacted, she'd suddenly care.. but hey, maybe only a bit.  Unreal.

  • That's just disgusting.

On a different topic, does anyone else find her badges to be really odd?  I mean, when it comes to your babies I don't care if you use formula or breastfeed, regular diapers or cloth, but she totes being a "green mama" using cloth diapers, and yet she had a c-section and feeds her babies formula.  I get that sometimes (like in my sister's case) natural delivery is not possible, and some women can't breastfeed for whatever reason (or don't want to, which is fine).  But the combination of the 4, and boasting all 4 of them,  is something I find odd.  Admittedly, it may be because I am completely turned off by her anyway.

  • What a freaking idiot....I have sister who would think like that, I want to slap her a lot of the time.

  • I saw that and become sooooo angry.  My mom lives there and my family and I have been so scared for the past few days.  I can't believe how insensitive that b!tch can be

  • Even if you really don't care, which is difficult for me to understand, why would you post it?

I'm not going to give her sh!t for her c-section or formula feeding badges, because I don't know that they necessarily contradict the "green mama" badge.  However, I will flame her to hades for calling herself "green" and then expressing such a lack of compassion.  Being green doesn't start and end with throwing your diet Coke bottles in a blue bin, you ignorant twatwaffle.

You just know that cow drives a giant SUV.

Perhaps I just have too narrow an idea of what being "green" is.  Because to me it means that you are opting for natural things and things that are sustainable, and that reduce consumption of resources, not just that you recycle.  So choosing formula when you can be your own babies food supply isn't very green IMO.  Note: I am NOT a formula hater!  It's just that my definition of "green" includes consuming as few resources as possible.  I fully admit that my definition may not be an accurate one.

But back to what we all agree on...that woman is a moron.

Oh man, I was scrolling down to post my response, which was pretty much going to be THIS exact thing. People that are sooo 2 faced/contradictory/hypocritical are the WORST (I think). Ignorance, cockiness/arrogance/selfishness/even some lying etc. I can tolerate enough; kill them with kindness and all that. But I seriously dislike hypocrites.

ETA: Yes, I realize c-sections & formula is necessary a lot of times. I would never fault anyone for either or both of those things. I just agree with the fact that she brags about such weirdly opposite things.

  • You see. My t&p are with everyone over there, as well as people that have family/friends over there. But... What I don't get is why we are throwing all of our money that we all don't have to other countries when OUR OWN TROOPS ARE SUFFERING! Heck, must we not forget that Hawaii got hit as well from this tsunami. Yes the damage wasn't "as bad" but why don't we help out our islands!

Ryan and I just lost his cousin in Afghanistan because he got sick and this isn't the only case! Our troops that are fighting for our freedoms are dying not only from wounds but from sickness. And is just pisses me off that we can't even support our own people! We have people that are suffering within our own country and don't understand why we can't lift our own citizens up!?
