As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

pregnancy massage...
Yes...i am seriously considering getting one of these. As much as the idea of a massage kinda does not sit well with me (I just do not like being touched...and am so very ticklish). But do they really make that much of a difference? My cousin is a massage therapist and works at a chiropractor's office in BG. K does do pregnancy massages...but I'm not sure I realy feel like making the drive to BG right now!

I actually have gift certs for some (from Christmas) - maybe I'll get one this week. I have been so busy that taking an hour for myself just hasn't happened
