Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Greg likes Stripper Names --- Open Mouth Insert Foot
Sooooooo at the 41st birthday party this weekend (shockingly, it included room temperature pizza sliced us super small so that you ate less than a slice....high class).
I started talking about how Greg has a preference for stripper names. We all start laughing about his choice of Lexi.
Then....nephew's 17 year old fiance chimes in that Lexi is her sister's name, but it's short for Alexia.
Awkward.
Sidenote: 17 year old is getting married in the same swanky venue that Greg and I were married in. I'm silently jealous and spiteful and immature about this, but only on the inside.

but yay for pizza bites
every girl name i suggested, ryan said was a stripper name, lol. oh, there was one that he said sounded like a russian immigrant.
I would be more pissed at pizza bites than I would be at pretzels. At least with pretzels you can eat a bunch. For some reason, inappropriately small amount of food in a group make me anxious.
I am shocked that 17 y.o. fiancee's sister has a stripper name. Simply shocked.
I would be completely irritated that they were getting married where you did. I mean, it's something about getting married that young that it's like, are you sure you want to spend all the money when statistics suggest this will not be your only wedding? I know, I know. They could be fine. But it's not like THEY have the money to be getting married there. (Even though my parents paid for my wedding, don't get me wrong.) I am annoyed, too. Lordy...feel free to flame me, I'm being a b!tch.
Both of her parents have been married and divorced twice, so all 4 of her families are paying for the wedding.
Why didn't my parents think of that?
Nice.
And - less than a slice of pizza is worse than no pizza at all.
Didn't they realize they'd have a pregnant woman at this party? I would have had like 5 pieces and blamed it on the baby!
I've also had "I'm in love with a stripper" stuck in my head all day thanks to this post.
