First birthday gifts!
My Godson's birthday is coming up, and though I don't know if my cousin will have a big bash for him, as his god mother, I certainly feel like I need to do something special. Do any of you have any neat website or ideas for a 1st birthday gift? An etsy website with some nice custom-made stuff would be cool, but ideas in general would be great. We think/hopes he likes animals, if that helps any. (His mom used to work at the Bronx Zoo so that's the theme for his room at least.)

He also loved books, and anything that lights up or plays music.
hi derky, i'm going to a 1 year birthday party tomorrow. and I got a custom placemat since he's probably getting messy at the table these days
and they're easy for mom to clean. got it in the mail yesterday and it looks so cute. one side has his name with an Alphabet design. The flip side has his name with a train. There are some jungle and animal themes too.

This might be absolutely PERFECT. When he was born I had gotten him an animal bowl and eating utensils, so I think it would work. And yes, since I asked for links, I appreciate yours!
