It happened...
Monday rolled back around.
I got up super early (4 am) to finish up paperwork for meetings this morning since my internet refuses to work at night and I finally gave up on it last night. Needless to say, I will be stopping by Startbucks this morning for some caffeine.
My weekend was great though! I got my nieces Friday afternoon and we were pretty much outside all weekend long. My parents came up Saturday and my dad and Jeremy installed our garage door opener (yippee!) except it took ALL DAY. Yesterday was church, taking the girls back and then me and Jeremy went to Ross and Target. We found a huge mirror at Ross for $35 to put above our couch so I'm super excited about that.

Good Morning Ladies,
I had a great weekend.....just relaxed and enjoyed the rising temperature. DH and I went shopping for our upcoming Miami trip and went to get our rings cleaned. While there DH got me a started Pandora bracelet....I just love that man!!!
I'm in the same boat as you, emily. I got up super early to get together everything I needed for a meeting at 8AM. On my way to work, I got an email saying that the meeting was rescheduled for 2PM. Grr.
This weekend was fun. H and I went down to visit his fam. It was a food filled weekend, Outback, On the Border, Rita's, Sonic! (I think I like food a little too much and H and I definitely eat out too much) Of course, none of this food agreed with me.
H's family LOVED the dog. I kind of wonder why they never had any pets.
I am absolutely exhausted. This losing an hour thing totally killed me. Plus the uncomfy fold out couch and H tossing and turning last night AND the night before. He's coming down with something, which blows because he's such a baby when he gets sick.
We're supposed to have a soccer game tonight at 11:30PM. I REALLY don't want to go, but I feel guilty because only one other girl is going and there's this rule that out of the five field players, two have to be girls. That will super suck because that means if I go, I'd have to play the WHOLE game.

Weekend was busy & productive. The weather was fantastic on Saturday and K took advantage of it to clean up all the crap he had at the side of the house. I ran errands and scrubbed the bathroom and after my friend left to go back home K & I had dinner at a local pub. Yesterday was more of the same, except we also got to see our photog from the wedding. I remember now why I loved her so much. We had a blast doing the bump pics...I can't wait to see how they turn out.
On a sad note, I had to retire my e- & wedding rings. I've been having too much trouble getting them off at the end of the day.

I must have channeled Stephanie this weekend. I went on a serious cleaning spree on Friday night, including washing everything I could find, wiping down every baseboard and wall, reorganizing my closet and the bathroom closet. Saturday I reorganized the pantry, used our new DVD holder, and found various other things to clean. Then I baked sugar cookies, strawberry vanilla buttermilk cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, and made homemade oatmeal for breakfasts this week.
I'm a bit cranky with my co-workers this morning, seeing as we're having company this afternoon and apparently they decided it was my responsibility to vacuum, clean the kitchen and bathroom. Uh, no thanks.

Ugghh.. Monday! I really can't complain though this week MIl is coming so I am taking half a day tomorrow off, all day Wed. and half day thurs. So I have a short week:)
This weekend was fun Saturday we had my work social to raise money for the preschool. Then Greg went out and I went home, I was sooo tired!
Yesterday we hung out, went grocery shopping went to the restaurant to watch the Selection Show. Order pizza when we got home. When I woke up this morning we forgot to put the pizza in the fridge last night, I was so mad this morning. I was going to eat that for dinner tonight
I'm actually at work on a Monday... hasn't happened in a couple weeks, but here I am for once. Super tired and still stuffy/runny and slightly sick, but it's been slowly getting better. I am not loving the loss of an hour and being back to work today.
The weekend went okay, work was fun on Saturday. I was still pretty sick and headachey and we got a group of 11 kids and only 3 adults. WHOoooo. Craziness. Sunday was a somewhat lazy, and we worked outside a bit since the weather is supposed to be nice this week.

So far the spring forward hasn't hit me yet...hopefully it stays like that!
This weekend was pretty good for us too. It was beautiful out so we had the windows open the whole weekend...I love sleeping w/ the windows open...I always feel more refreshed in the mornings! Friday night we didn't do anything because of Don's ankle. We just ate leftover creamy taco mac, watched TV, and I washed some dishes, and cleaned up the kitchen. On Saturday we went to breakfast w/ Don's dad and grandpa, so yummy! After breakfast we went back to the doctors for a follow up visit. The swelling went down some and he could start trying to slowly walk on it again, which was a great sign! We came home and relaxed the rest of the day. I did a few loads of laundry and called it a day. It was our 6 month anniversary and Don wanted to at least go out to dinner, but he couldn't get a shoe on his swollen foot so we just ordered in pizza! He was able to get his foot into a shoe on Sunday, which was a great improvement..his little toes still look like sausages though, hhaha! Later in the day we went up to the outlets since he wanted to buy me a Coach purse for being such a great nurse to him...I thought that was so sweet! It was a great deal for the purse as you saw in my post from last night!!! Then we stopped on the way home and grabed an early dinner at Bailey's pub. Crappy service, but good food. After dinner we went to church for a 2nd week in a row! I'm so proud of Don for wanting to go for him...not because he think I want him to go. After church we came home, ate ice cream, watched some TV, and crashed around 11. It was a great weekend!
This is going to be a sh!tty work week. The branch manager is on furlough this week, my boss is back from his furlough week, and since my boss does squat while he's at work it's going to make for a very long and very frustrating work week. I see plenty of sangria in my future once I get home!!!

that's INSANE...there shouldn't be anymore snow anywhere...it's just not right!
kfdusfjdakfhdksjfhdslkjfhdsajkfhs ARE YOU KIDDING?? the snow outside my kitchen window is higher than my window sill. the gas grill is still 100% under snow. It is slowly going away, and this week will help, as its supposed to be warm and sunny...until Saturday again, when it is supposed to snow during my 5k.

And this is why we moved to Florida. I remember one year going to softball pratice and there was snow.
Shauni - we still have snow too. We got probably 4 inches of super wet, heavy stuff on Saturday.
My weekend was all about our club's ice show. We had dress rehearsal Thursday night, set up and more practice Friday night. I was at the rink at 8 am Saturday for two shows and left around 9:30 pm and a show yesterday. Everything went great. I was thanked so many times that I feel good about what I accomplished there this year. It was very bittersweet since our season is now over and we don't get ice here until October again, but it will be nice to have a break.

I will reiterate here...I had a good but busy weekend.
I am on my third go round with antibiotics for my ahole sinus issues. Please let this knock it out! I also started taking prednisone on Friday and finish that up tomorrow. I feel like HULK - SMAAAAAASH. And it's PMS week too. Yikes.
I have decided I'll only buy homegoods at HomeGoods, Marshall's, Ross, TJMaxx in the future. Great deals. Good job with your mirror!

I did a lot of party prep for my Pop's 80th birthday party this weekend. At my house I only vacuumed the top floor, cleaned both baths and kitchen. MFD vacuumed the main floor. Everything else will have to get done sometime this week!

The time change has got me, I forgot to set my alarm last night which is normally ok because my body will wake up at the latest 8:30 which still gives me enough time to get to work but not today because body thought 8:30 and clock said 9:30. oops!
Friday, I took the day off and ran errands from 12 in the afternoon to 6 in the evening (my feet hurt so bad) with my mom. Saturday was crazy getting all the things ready for the bridal shower I was throwing.
Sunday morning was too crazy to even elaborate on!!! But the shower was at 2pm and it went flawless!! We had 26 guests and she got so many great gifts and I got to meet the rest of the bridesmaids so it went awesome. Everyone came up to me and said I did fabulous and it was all sooo nice, blah blah blah. I was super proud of myself, and all the time and money seemed worth it!
