Re: PG Check In
The usual here. My left rib hurts 24/7 and my back isn't much better. Still haven't felt any movement
I'm beginning to think I'll never feel this baby. I'm very excited for Tuesday. LO better cooperate and not cross his/her legs.
Dani -- you'll feel your LO move soon enough! Tuesday's not far away anymore, you'll find out so soon!!! I'm excited to hear what you're having.
Kelly -- Have fun at your shower! Be sure to post some pictures afterwards.
I'm doing good, getting more uncomfortable every day. And I've started getting SO hot. If the house is over 68 degrees, I'm too hot. Poor DH and our pitbull have been freezing, my husky on the other hand.. well he's loving it! My hips are sore, and my back is continuously sore (which has been typical since 2nd tri) but now it's started popping every time I move/get up. My calves have also started cramping randomly, and I can't figure out exactly what's triggering it. Exciting new on our diaper bag! It's finished, and she should be shipping it back to us this week. I'm so excited to see it in person!! Here's the picture she sent to me of the finished front.

Not so patiently waiting for my next appointment in 10 days. I hate this waiting in between them! Without much of a belly and feeling no movement, there is little confirmation that this is all real. I have been feeling alright this week. Exhausted, some nausea and some foods that bother me, mostly acidic stuff.
I am starting to get really overwhelmed with the amount of stuff we have to accomplish before the baby comes. Between my career, cleaning out a lot of our house, and research baby gear so we can register.

I am completely out of my regular clothes and into maternity clothes. So much more comfortable. The exception is my sweats because they are low so I can still wear them.
New food aversion this week - mushrooms. Which sucks because I love mushrooms. Also noticing some foods are tasting different. Just had some cinnamon spice oatmeal and it had like no flavor to me even though I could smell it.
Doing well otherwise. Just waiting to get my energy back so I can stop living life on my couch.
Dani, you will feel that baby any day now! I didn't feel my little guy until I was almost 21 weeks, it felt like little bubbles popping.
Mar, those leg cramps are the pits! I get them sometimes at night, but if I flex my feet they usually go away immediately. Good luck!!!
I am 36 weeks today, now we are just in this waiting game. I am still 50% effaced, I will find out on Thursday if I've started dilating. My feet hurt ALL the time and are slightly swollen, so I try to stay off of them whenever possible. But overall I feel pretty good, I'm just ready to have this baby...I'm dying to see what he looks like!
I'm so excited for you!!
