So, I ended up making the Paula Deen cookie pies that I posted the recipe for on Friday. They turned out awesome! I did sub in light cool whip instead of heavy whipping cream, it was a great replacement.

We heated up a berry pie, one of Dh's favorites. Claire you've created a trend!
I made Key Lime! It was amazing! I made two actually - we had one last night (I sent leftovers home with a friend) and I brought the other into work for today.
SO good, and so super easy!
