  • Started my promotion last week, and i have been stressed to the max.

    How were your workouts last week? NONE

     

    Did you eat how you wanted? NO!

     

    Lose any weight? Nope, but I also didn't gain, which is good i guess.

  • How were your workouts last week?

    I didn't workout at all - I was recovering from the flu and it was my first week at my new job - I was exhausted :(  I have to motivate myself to get back this week and restart "couch to 5k" for the third time!!!! haha

    Did you eat how you wanted?

    Yes, I did stay within my points, and only used about half of my "extra" points. 

    Lose any weight?

    I only lost .4 lbs, but I'll take it!  I'm down 10 total and my clothes are starting to feel huge!

  • How were your workouts last week?  So so.  With losing Kitty it was tough to find motivation.

    Did you eat how you wanted?  Yeah.  Ate pretty light the beginning of the week and kept it in check on the weekend.

    Lose any weight? When I stepped on the scale it showed I was still maintaining.  Hopefully with getting back in workout mood it will continue to go down....

  • My workouts were good last week, until Friday when my shin splints got so bad I couldn't even walk anymore. I am taking a week off of running, so looks like lots of ellipticle and biking. I will start next week with the running week of my Couch to 5K (Week 4) that I was at last week, and then go from there.

    I ate REALLY well all week and Saturday. Sunday wasn't that great for me, but that's okay. : )

    I lost another 2 lbs, so that's 5.5 lbs in two weeks. Not great, but I'll take it. More than anything, I'm starting to SEE that I have lost weight. So far, it is only 8.5 lbs, and a LOT more to go, but it is a good start. I just need to stay positive.
