Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

    b: toast w/ pb a chocolate chip cookie and 1/2 c. milk

    s: trail mix and a tangerine

    l: leftover lasagna

    s: veggies and an apple

    d: Buffalo tofu sandwiches and salad

  • B:  yogurt and whole wheat thin bagel
    S:  banana
    L:  baked potato and cottage cheese
    D:  veggie stir fry and brown rice
    E:  treadmill while watching the Bachelor :-)

  • B - Wheat bagel w/ cream cheese, french vanilla coffee

    L - Chicken salad/lettuce/tomato on spinach wrap, water

    D - Pineapple, yogurt, pretzels, water

    E - 8 flights of stairs (twice).  That's about it.

  • I've been BAD!

    B: peanut butter on toasted wheat bread

    S: a fruit chew 

    L: rice

    S: tooo many doritos

    D: the rest of the rice and probably more doritos!  It's grocery day and there's nothing in my house but junk bc DH had the guys over this weekend.

    E: insanity tonight

  • 1 piece toast with peanut butter

    half a yogurt

    5 crackers, 2 oz cheese, 1 small apple

    meatloaf, mashed potatoes, lima beans

    sitting right around 1500 calories rightnow but i know i will get a snack later.
