favorite grilling recipes/foods
with grilling season approaching us- what are your favorite recipes or things to grill?! We grill all summer long but I get bored with the same old stuff.
Re: favorite grilling recipes/foods
We grill a lot of burgers and brats but we also like to grill:
Pizzas --- sooooo good
Eggplant -- my fave grilled veggie
Portabella mushrooms
Peaches --serve with ice cream
Various vegetable mixes in our vegetable grill pan
Asparagus
Tuna Steaks
Stuffed mushroom and stuffed peppers

I'm pretty boring but I do a lot of marinading chicken/pork. I also like to make kabobs with veggies/fruit and chicken or beef.
One of Dh's favorite hamburgers are Feta burgers. Basically you just mix some feta cheese into the ground beef with rosemary. The official recipe tops them with red onions. They are yummy and super moist because of the cheese.
YUM! I love mix-ins in my burgers! Mushrooms and pepperjack cheese stuffed burgers are the bomb!

Can I confess something?
I used to work at a hotel that would serve a meal once a week. In the summer, we would grill. A new manager came in and decided she needed a new grill (managers cooked, front desk did the rest). I joked that I'd take the old grill off their hands. They loaded it up and took it to my place for me. That was 3 years ago. We've never bought a propane tank to use the grill. So it just sits on our patio.
Grilled food is so yummy though! Grilled veggies, hobo dinners, pineapple, pork chops, fish, steak, hamburgers, potatoes...anything!
You have a lot of good ideas and we are not grill experts, could you tell me how you prepare some of the following?
