Is Steak and BJ Day! Men's Valentine's Day equivalent. Last year, I let you(mostly your husbands) down by forgetting to remind you all. My nestie duty was neglected. So, you all have several days to prepare this year. Mentally and physically.

I think I'll actually go ahead and make steak for him, since DH has now gone over a whole year without any beef being cooked in our house.

Tomorrow I was planning to make Guinness beef stew and Guinness chocolate cake for a belated bday dinner for DH (his dad died right before his bday so he wanted to wait). Well now I'm sick so it's probably going to be postponed until next week anyway.

@ sm23 Oooo interesting. How is buffalo? I mean, from what you have heard (unless you've had it before)? That sounds interesting. Where do you even get buffalo steak? That doesn't sound like something I've seen WF carry.
@Mrs.BoomBoom How so? Are we being more tame than them by talking about only the food aspect of it? Or are they like, "Ha! Blow job? Suuuure, I'll get right on that." In a board battle, I'd say we probably give more blowjobs.

thanks for the reminder...though i don't really need it. since the hub's thinks it's steak & bj day EVERY DAY!
Apparently WF has bison listed on their website so there may very well be some at our local store. I'd heard about it for burgers and stuff, but only maybe once or twice. Aside from pork, I've never been a huge fan of red meat so I never looked into it. Thanks for the idea!
I just hope it doesn't lead to DH whining about the lack of steak in our house year-round.
He's been such a good sport about it so far.

Bumping this so y'all don't forget. While shopping today, pick up a nice filet or some other kind of steak if that is what they prefer. Don't forget to pick up the alcohol for you. You may need it later.
