Call a store (preferably one with the wedding boutiques in it) and ask them about how you can get it sooner. If you order through them they will ship it to you free and can garantee you a date.

It's a no go for the dress. I called them and they said what you see online includes their store inventory. If there was a store that had it in, it would show up as available. :-(
