Stuck in the middle
Ugh!! Rescue me girls!!
Two of the NICU Drs are arguing over how to best manage the ventilator on one of our little babies. I dont want to get involved. However they wont let me stay neutral. They have been campaigning for my vote all day long. I can see where the one Dr has some valid points but I agree with the other Dr. I actually h ave my own theory all together but they dont want to listen to my idea. They just want me to side with one of them.
Its making for a very long day of me trying to avoid the both of them. Not to mention they keep shoving medical literature under my nose to support their case. I have a awful sinus headache. I dont want to reach anything that is a above random chit chat on the nest!!

Hehehe The RN and I were taking care of him. The Drs just couldnt agree on the best way to move forward in trying to get the baby off the ventilator.
