As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Weekly Weight Loss check-in
Weight loss this week: -.6
Total weight loss: 7.2 (not as much as I would have hoped but I'm still at -1 lb a week average.)
Motto this week: Life is hectic and stressful latey, and it's ok for me to splurge (within reason).
Goal for the week: To get out for more walks and exercise more.

It's frustrating when that happens! I lost a lot the first week, but then the 2nd week I gained and I was super hard on myself. Keep up the good work though! It's obviously working, even if it's taking it's sweet time!
I gained 1/2 a lb last week, but only because of our Tahoe trip.

How was the trip BTW?
as of Monday, I was up 4 lbs, so only a total of 6 lost. It was a really bad week. But been good so far this week. Still beating my brother in our challenge though!
ETA: Shauni, last week WAS really depressing for me too!
Goal this week: gym three times, do something both Saturday and Sunday (dog walks or DVD or yard work)
