Weekly Weight Loss check-in

Weight loss this week: -.6

Total weight loss:  7.2 (not as much as I would have hoped but I'm still at -1 lb a week average.)

Motto this week: Life is hectic and stressful latey, and it's ok for me to splurge (within reason).

Goal for the week:  To get out for more walks and exercise more.

  • last week was depressing.  i followed WW perfectly and i GAINED a pound.  so after that, on friday night i kind of "consciously binged" in that i was at a party and ate a lot of junk, but i did log most of the points and certainly did not binge as much as i would have had i not been on WW.  the rest of the week i have been VERY good and my gym routine has been great.  i hope to be down a pound again putting me back to being down a total of 7.2 pounds.  my goal for the upcoming week is to run even more and really stick to the plan and not splurge or binge at all like i did last weekend :(

    It's frustrating when that happens!  I lost a lot the first week, but then the 2nd week I gained and I was super hard on myself.  Keep up the good work though!  It's obviously working, even if it's taking it's sweet time! Stick out tongue

  • I gained 1/2 a lb last week, but only because of our Tahoe trip.

  • as of Monday, I was up 4 lbs, so only a total of 6 lost.  It was a really bad week.  But been good so far this week.  Still beating my brother in our challenge though!

    ETA: Shauni, last week WAS really depressing for me too!

  • Goal this week: gym three times, do something both Saturday and Sunday (dog walks or DVD or yard work)
