I know this is early but...Mother's Day gifts
I have the Mom's figured out, just looking for something for the soon to be DIL. Would it be ok to do a manicure/pedicure date for us? We get along amazing! And would love to do some "spoil" time for her. And I know her mom well also, and doubt that she will do much at all if anything...so I would like to make she she knows we appreciate her. She has really been amazing for our family. Not only because of our little guy Kael, but for my son also.
and btw...here's a little AW for Kael too... a Grandma's gotta show them off! This was about 2 weeks ago already...

What a cutie!!
I think pampering would be a great idea. I am not a Mom but I know that it's not always in our budget for me to get nails/hair done so I really appreciate it when I can get it done.
This may be kind of corny, but if she has a job where she has her own desk, maybe take a pic of your whole family (you, your DH, DD and DS) with Kael and put it in a nice frame.
Along with a nice card, I think both would go over well!
Glad you brought this up! Gotta think up something extra special for my mom this year since it will be her first as a grandma!!
(now lets hope DH remembers too LOL!)
