Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. S - OREOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

B: Einstein bagels - asparagus and mushrooms on an everything bagel... bleh, tinyass fruit cup, and coffee
L: Left of veggie stir fry and rice from last night
E: treadmill if my stomach ever calms down from the 5 lbs of veggies I put in my body the last 24 hours LOL
First weight loss goal - 40lbs... DONE! Second weight loss goal - 17lbs...
I just can't get my eating under control lately!!
B: cereal with skim milk (a lot of cereal!)
S: fruit chew
E: 30 mins on AMT
S: yogurt
L: apple with peanut butter
S: oj and a few sunflower and pumpkin seeds
Broke down and had a rum ball
E: insanity (cardio recovery)
pre-workout: a few crackers and a laughing cow cheese
e: walked 3.5 miles outside with a few running intervals thrown in. I am "this close" to being able to run again for real.
b: two pieces toast w/ 2 scrambled eggs
s: Greek yogurt w/ honey
l: ww wrap w/ ham, swiss, lettuce, and light mayo, an apple
s: tangerine, veggies and trail mix
d: brown rice, spicy pinto beans and broccoli

Thanks. It felt pretty great, but man I am going to need to do couch to 5k all over again. I lost all my speed and stamina! Oh well. I am just happy to be able to do it again soon.
