I saw you posted on FB that you were watching The Fighter last night....we did too! Was that the first time you saw it? What did you think?

Re: *Christina*

  • Well I love me some Marky Mark and I love boxing, so it was really win win for me.  Seriously though, I really liked it.  I thought the story line was very interesting, made even more so knowing it's "based on a true story" and it was a really nice balance between a drama and a sports movie.  I'm not typically a fan of sports movies, but given that I really like boxing I figured even if it was heavy on the sports side I wouldn't mind.  Oh and it was my first time seeing it.

What did you think?  (If I don't respond right away it's because I had to go.  I'm taking Alex to visit his Great Grandma & Great Grandpa today before his doctor's appointment!)

  • Lol yessss he is nice eye candy:) I really liked it. It wasn't exactly what I expected but I thought it was great. I really liked the storyline between them as brothers. Christian Bale was sooo good in that role! I thought it was cool how at the end of the movie they showed the real people too.

Have fun with Alex! His pic in your siggy is adorable!

I agree, I love Christian Bale as well and he did a fantastic job.   The dynamic between the brothers was really interesting and I also liked how they showed the real people at the end.  It was fun to see how well Christian Bale really nailed his character!
