i saw your post about mel painting the radiator with nail polish and i had to share this with you:

when my mom was a kid, she & some of my aunts & uncles decorated their radiator by melting crayons on it! my mom still maintains that the radiator looked very pretty. however, my grandmother was not impressed.

  • See, I thought it added a little something to the stark grey radiator.  I thought it was funny.  Daddy however, like your grandmother, was not impressed.  Tee hee!!

    It's better than the marker and chalk that makes it to my walls WEEKLY!  Thank God for the magic eraser, and nail polish remover.

  • it is pretty funny, i'm sure mini-cheeky only saw it as an improvement to the radiator. and thank christ for the magic eraser! i've gone mostly green on cleaning products but the magic eraser isn't going anywhere, i love that thing!
