Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

L - McD's.... McChicken and a smoothie

S - Probably something else very unhealthy.

D - No idea at this point.

    L - Tuna on wheat with black pepper chips

    D - Just a snacky dinner before class...I brought some hummus/veggies/pretzels and some pineapple.

    S - Probably a few tastes of whatever we make tonight.

    E - Lots of stairs and walking to/from class

  • cinnamon cheerios

    homemade chicken noodle soup, see blog

    apple with peanut butter

    dinner out for book club, wine for sure.
