Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Is anyone else here just super tired this week? I seriously think Daylight Savings really screwed with me this year. I'm dying right now and b/c I have tummy issues I can't have caffeine to wake me up. Last night I started nodding off on the couch, but by the time I got into bed I couldn't get to sleep. Frustrating.
Do you guys know anything besides caffeine that will get me through?

Carbs and protein are good for energy.
Try peanut butter on an apple or some crackers, a handful of almonds or another nut you like, and a really cold glass of water.
Do peanut butter cups count?
I think that's causing me to drag right now. Work is so slow. Boss is in, but she's been in mtgs since she got in. Phone is super quiet too.
