I think you're the only person who wants to do both the food tour and the trolley tour.
However, I think it would be best to start the trolley tour earlier than 2:30pm for optimum timing. (more like noon, probably)
I think it would work okay for you to meet up with us at whatever stop we're at though, after the food tour ... but maybe you could buy a 3 day signature ticket instead so that you can also use the trolley on Thursday/Friday before the rest of us get there???
