Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

GTG update
Ok, I think it's time to just pick the date.
Here's what I have:
More people (9 who can make it, 2 who would try, a few I haven't heard from) can come the 2nd weekend in August (12-15), however, the 2nd weekend in September (9-12) is cheaper. What I think it should depend on, is those who can't attend in September but maybe can in August should be pretty definite about being able to come before we set a date. Does that sound fair?
So, if you can't come in September but think you can make it in August, how sure are you? Then we'll get the date on the calendar!!!
I'm excited!!! Arek says he'll come with me so Lucie can come too! I didn't want to bring her alone as there are no direct flights and it would be a challenge! And Carrie, if we go Southwest, there are a few flights that stop in Seattle so maybe we can meet you for your plane ride!
Re: GTG update
I need to discuss this with Shawn! Silly boy won't just sit down with me and make plans for vacations, vacation days, and budgets! I promise that I'll make him discuss this stuff with me no later than this weekend.
I know I definitely can't come in September; we have friends coming in that weekend to visit us. As for August...I think I can come. It largely depends on whether or not I'll have vacation days that I can use (because I'd rather just take the days off, as opposed to sit there working while you all are having fun), and it depends on budget. I did see that if I fly Frontier, I can use miles to get a free ticket...but I would also want to okay that with Shawn (since we are running out of miles).
So at this point, I would say that I'm about 75%-80% sure that I could come in August. I'll try to have a more definite answer for you soon!
