Been thinking of you....
How are you doing with the Clomid and everything? I didn't really experience the hot flashes too much. I'm pretty cold natured and didn't feel as cold but definitely didn't "flash" or anything. I did have some annoying little headaches but my big thing was I was totally off the charts emotionally! I was so sensitive to everything and felt like a mental case! I hope you don't have that but if you do - a quiet room to yourself with your favorite book will help. Just tell your H that it's a side effect and a little space might be needed. Hopefully he'll understand.
Does your dr have you doing OPK's? Anyway, just wanted to check in on you. I hope this is your first and last Clomid cycle!

Thanks.. I've been wondering what's been happening with you tooo. After the post about Clomid and spotting it seemed you disappeared. Though in the little package my Clomid came it said that you could ovulate between 6 and 13 days after you last pill so then I had hope for you and I was scared for me... If I ovulated 13 days after my last pill and I am a 28 day cycle person..... Anyway.
I take it at night and have have no measurable side effects. If anything I feel less emotional... It makes me a bit worried because I am on a 100mg dose so I wonder if it's working or if I'm just messed up.
The one thing I have had is the pretty much shortest AF on record. However, I am slightly reassured as I got a little bit of it back this morning on day 5.
The good news is my HSG (is that good news?) is scheduled for Monday and the doctor has already e-mailed me about meeting with me after the day 21 bloodwork this cycle.
Anyway, that was long... Thanks for asking. It's nice to have somebody who's going through this also....
Yeah, my cycle has been really messed up because I took the Clomid too early. My dr said to count spotting as CD1 but I spot for a week before bright red flow comes (TMI, sorry). This is a result of the Provera I take to induce AF.
So, I really have no idea if/when I ovulated. The OPK I took yesterday was positive but like you said I should have ovulated 6-13 days after clomid. I don't think I did though. My bloodwork on cd21 showed 0 progesterone as if I didn't ovulate which to me is accurate. So, I'm going with what I think is right and that I ovulated yesterday. Either way we bd'd a lot to make sure we timed it right no matter which timing was right. I guess we'll see......
I guess I'm in the first ever 2ww and I'll test in 2 weeks to see if it worked. I have an appt with a specialist monday but am rescheduling it for a week later due to all this craziness with my cycle. Once I'm with him, I'll know more of when I ovulate because they'll use a sonogram to determine that which will help.
I just feel frustrated because this cycle has been so crazy and my regular dr is an idiot. I'm changing doctors needless to say...
