Am I jumping to conclusions?
Yesterday I checked my drawer at work for my Xenadrine pills. Yes, I know they're bad but I ocassionally take them. Well, they weren't there. That was the last place I had them. I am certain that I did not take them home. To be on the safe side I searched my car for them. Then when I got home I searched the entire house for them and couldn't find them.
This morning I asked my co-worker if anyone was around my desk because my pills are missing. He said no, then proceeds to tell me about his drive to work this morning. Dude, I don't freaking care.
I know that someone took them. I'm not sure if it was him or perhaps a customer. There is one customer that we have that comes in a lot and is always asking my co-worker if he knows where he can score drugs. Maybe he took the pills. I don't know and I know that without proof I can't accuse anyone.
I don't even care about the pills because I shouldn't even be taking them but it's the principal. Can I not keep things that have some value in my own drawer at work?

And yeah, I'd be creeped out if people were snooping in my desk at work. I'd have to see them do it though. I'm such a scatter brain. I'd never assume someone stole something. I'd assume I misplaced it.

Either way, I don't think you're crazy. I'd be skeptical if I'd suddenly coudln't find something that I knew I hadn't lost/misplaced.
They give you a sh!it load of energy but are bad for your heart. They were pulled off the market a few years back, but they came out with a new formula and are being sold again.
Normally I wouldn't assume someone stole something but I know that I had them here. I leave them here everyday. Oh well. I just need to be careful not to leave anything of value here. I'm not going to make a big deal and tell the owner about it. It is what it is.

And yes Deb, stop taking the pills, lose weight the old fashioned way, take B vitamins for energy, and get a set of drawers w/ a key.

A few months ago on a Thursday I left the payroll envelope with our checks and personal info (social sec #'s, pay rate, etc.) in my drawer. I come in Friday morning and see my co-worker opened the envelope and took his check out. I was like WTF?!?! I was pissed because all the information in there was confidential and he should not be going through my drawers and taking his check. I told the manager and he talked to the co-worker.
That shiit would piss me off.
