the movie Leaves of Grass? I just started watching it on Showtime OnDemand and so far it's hilarious! It has Edward Norton in it, so you know it must be good as well as Ty Burrell (Dad in Modern Family), he's the only other actor I've recognized so far. Just curious if anyone else has seen this and if I completely missed it being released because I don't remember hearing anything about it (it came out in 2009).
Re: Has anyone seen...
i've heard of it recently, but i have never seen it.
of course, i dont know that i remember much of 2009... with the wedding and all. i feel bad saying that...
lol, I was thinking the same thing honestly. I try to remember what happened in 2009 and pretty much it's all consumed by wedding crapola. Yes, I considering all the planning we did "crapola." I however, do not consider my marriage to be "crapola" just for the record
I'm about half way through the movie now (I had to pause it to make lunch, do a diaper change, etc...) and it's kind of slow moving, but still pretty funny.
I totally get where you are coming from on the crapola bit!!
You'll have to let me know what you think of it when it finishes. I may have to check it out.
I learned a while back that you cant judge a movie by who stars in it. I watched Down in the Valley with Edward Norton in it and I'd say it was one of the worst movies I've ever seen. and I love Edward Norton! (thus the interest in this movie).
And on the flip side, I dont really like Renee Zellweger (sp?) but she's in one of my all time favorite movies, Empire Records
