Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Yesterday afternoon I contacted the other branch who I'm going to transfer jobs to and let them know that it's a "go." We emailed back and forth and he was going to get w/ the manager there to draw up an offer for me.
He calls me today and lets me know that he'll have to alert the 2 managers that I work w/ currently that we're negotiating. While I understand this...I'm not happy. There's going to me mega backlash from this. Based on people who worked before me...when they gave notice it was pretty bad. My only possible saving grace is that I'm not leaving completely...just transferring w/ in the company. Either way, the next few weeks are probably going to suck. To cheer me up, I went and got a big bag of skittles and a diet dr. pepper.

Yay for the new job, no yay for the akwardness and uncomfotableness that's coming from alerting the managers.
You can always avoid eye contact and talking to them and spend your time on TN.
